Chris Roberts, President/CEO
A wealth of knowledge, technical expertise, leadership and analytical skills gained from seventeen years experience in information technology. Chris’s professional experience includes role inside Information Security, engineering and architecture/design for several Fortune 500 firms across the finance, retail and services industries.

Chris’s background includes digital forensics, compromise investigations, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing within the realms of corporate, legal and government organizations. He has developed and implemented company-wide information security awareness programs and frequently speaks and gives presentations on topical security issues.

He is an active member of the Systems Administration and Network Security (SANS) organization and an active participant in the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) community. He currently serves as a member of ISSC and has previously worked as an FBI business liaison. His credentials include: CISSP, CCIE and MCT. Chris was educated in the United Kingdom.

Craig Bernard, COO/CFO
19 years experience in leadership, cross-functional project management and client partnering with emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Operations and IT. Achieved consistently high performance in the Financial Services, Healthcare Consulting, Distribution, Printing and Real Estate industries.

As Just Associates’ CFO, he directed the company's long-term financial and strategic plans as well as managed the day-to-day financial affairs. Craig also played a leadership role in M&A and business development activities. In the role of COO, he coordinated the efforts of the operations staff to ensure quality service was provided in a timely and cost efficient manner.

At First Data Corporation as Senior Director of Corporate Finance, Craig provided financial analysis and recommendations to Executive Committee members.

In addition, Craig provided 13 of services to United Parcel Service (UPS) in the areas of Finance & Accounting, Operations and Project Management and was ultimately promoted to Assistant Controller.
